The customer must understand the shipping and returns policies prior to submitting an order.

International orders will be charged a $10.00 handling fee for document preparation.

Returns may only be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. No exceptions.

Freight claims for damage must be made with the delivering carrier within 5 days of receipt of goods.

All claims for shortage in merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of invoice. No exceptions.

Special order items may not be returned for credit or refund.
