Terms and Conditions

By submitting an order on the Harrison Chiropractic Supply website, or by placing an order with Harrison Chiropractic Supply by telephone, you indicate your agreement with the following terms:

The customer must understand the shipping and returns policies prior to submitting an order.

All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. Except in cases of returns for defective or incorrect merchandise, the customer will pay return shipping costs and Harrison Chiropractic Supply will refund the price of returned items less original shipping and handling. In cases of returns for defective or incorrect merchandise, Harrison Chiropractic Supply will pre-pay return shipping. The customer must return merchandise using sufficient packaging to protect merchandise in shipment.

Claims for damage during shipment must be made with the delivering carrier within 5 days of receipt of goods. Harrison Chiropractic Supply may, at its sole discretion, assist in filing a claim. However, Harrison Chiropractic Supply will not be responsible for late or incomplete claims. The customer must retain original packaging until claim settlement.

All claims for shortage in merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.

International orders will be charged a $10.00 handling fee for document preparation.

Special order items may not be returned for credit or refund.

Customers without professional chiropractic training agree to seek the guidance of a chiropractor to ensure the safe use of merchandise. Harrison Chiropractic Supply assumes no liability for damage or injuries resulting from improper use of its merchandise.
